Technical details and scope of supply

· Compact motor-flange for the motors from the series of 400 to the
.. series of 700, of aluminium (anodized or polished).
· Brass (chrome plated), stainless or aluminum stuffing tube with bushing of bronze
  or of SKF bushing with teflon on both sides.
· Stainless steel shaft with M4 or M5 fixing thread for prop.
· Precision turned direct coupler of hard aluminum and brass.
· Thrust washer of PEEK MOD.
· Extra manufacturing with other length of request.

Eco Straight Shaft System

Special drive system of high value for Eco boat classes.

"Solide and precise costruction"

Technical details and scope of supply:

· Stuffing tube/bracket from three parts of stainless steel, laser welded and polished.
· Shaft of swiss 1.4441 stainless implant steel with M4 thread.
· Optional: bushing of BZ8 bronze with thrust washer of PEEK MOD, or 2 pcs ball bearings
  with thrust ball bearing.
· At the front: bushing of sintered bronze or of SKF with teflon with elastic holdering of silicone rubber tube.
· The fastening (with 2K epoxi adhesive than laminated) is carried out with 3 pcs vertically
  M2,5X12 mm thread parts.
· Precision turned direct coupler combination of 7075 aluminium and brass.

Flex/Shaft Stinger Assembly

This special and fixed flexible shaft system is suitable for Hydro surface drives.

Technical details and scope of supply:

· Inox bushing box, laser welded and polished.
· Fastening in the transom (with 2K epoxi adhesived and laminated) with 1-2 pcs vertical
  M3 thread parts.
· 2 or 3 pcs SKF bushing with teflon and thrust washer of PEEK MOD.
· Quality swiss 1.4441 implant stainless prop shaft with different mount type
  for prop (M4, Drive Dog 1/8", 3/16", 1/4")
· High-Quality flex cables for rotations up to 30-40.000 rpm.
· The flex cable is already glued with Loctite 638.
· The flex cable runs in teflon tube and guided with stuffing tube of brass.
· Selected flex-hex coupler of stainless steel or precision coupler of 7075 aluminium.
